I think some people might have taken to hiding under their beds with rations and guns to ride out the storm.
School was shut down for FOUR glorious days. I think when that means your school too, you pump your fist like a fellow elementary student of your kids and dance around the living room. That quiz and research paper just got pushed back.

The first time we performed this "trick" we went really far but then we got cocky and decided to video our awesomeness. As you saw, our self proclaimed "awesome" crashed and burned at the bottom.
